We understand wild turkeys are native to North American Forests, so we ensure their natural habitat is replicated as much as possible so they remain happy and healthy in our grassy paddocks and meadows. Our traditional bronze turkeys live a genuinely free-range life on our family-run farm in Tenterden and are slow grown to ensure their proper well-being. They are fed a natural cereal-based diet consisting of wheat, soya bean, barley, rape seed extract, minerals, herbal powder, and natural herbs. Their feed is completely free of antibiotics and growth promoters so that you get the healthiest meat on the market this winter.

Our farmers hand pluck all our bronze turkeys to avoid the negative effects on the quality of the turkey that you get with wet plucking. They are also hung for a minimum of 2 weeks in temperature-controlled rooms to achieve maximum flavour and tenderness.
