We only use locally sourced, wild venison, which is game hung and prepared by our team of butchers.

Roast Guide

Oven Temperature: Gas 4 – 5 /180°C

  • Rare – 20 mins per 450g + 20 mins (Internal Temp ~ 60°C)
  • Medium – 25 mins per 450g + 25 mins (Internal Temp ~ 70°C)
  • Well done – 30 mins per 450g + 30 mins (Internal Temp ~ 80°C)

  • Delivered - Tuesday to Friday by 6pm
  • Order by 3pm to guarantee next working day dispatch

Next Day Collection:

  • Collection from Lotland Farm (TN30 6TD) or New Romney Butchers (TN28 8AT) Monday to Saturday
  • Order by 3pm the day before.

Easter 2026:

  • Delivery Wednesday, 1st April 2026 (by 6pm)
  • Final date to place an order for home delivery: , Monday 30th March 2026
  • Collection Wednesday, 1st March (by 6pm) or Thursday, 2nd March (by 6pm)
