A French trimmed rack of local venison is a fabulous table centrepiece. The cutlets are very tender and taste delicious, best served pink.

We only use locally sourced, wild venison, which is game hung and prepared by our team of butchers

Roasting Guide

Oven Temperature: Gas 4 – 5 /180°C

  • Rare – 20 mins per 450g + 20 mins (Internal Temp ~ 60°C)
  • Medium – 25 mins per 450g + 25 mins (Internal Temp ~ 70°C)
  • Well done – 30 mins per 450g + 30 mins (Internal Temp ~ 80°C)

  • Delivered - Tuesday to Friday by 6pm
  • Order by 3pm to guarantee next working day dispatch

Next Day Collection:

  • Collection from Lotland Farm (TN30 6TD) or New Romney Butchers (TN28 8AT) Monday to Saturday
  • Order by 3pm the day before.

Christmas Delivery:

  • Standard delivery: Tuesday, 22nd December 2026 (by 6pm)
  • Final date to place an order for home delivery: Saturday, 19th December 2026
