Our favourite pork roasting joint, boneless pork shoulder is sweeter than leg and loin. It benefits from a longer roasting time at a lower heat and will produce a great crackling. This is the best cut to use for pulled pork.

Well done – 35 mins per 450g/½kg(lb) + 35mins
